Does it work with iPhone and Android?

Yes. Any mobile with NFC (all iPhones from 7 onwards and the vast majority of Androids) opens the link with a simple tap, without installing anything.

Does it need app, battery, or Wi-Fi?

No. The card does not have a battery and does not require any configuration from you: it works on its own, forever.

Are they pre-scheduled?

No, they are supplied unprogrammed. This way, you can configure them for any business you want in under 2 minutes, following our guide. You can do this with any NFC-enabled mobile phone and a free app.

What if the business changes its Google listing or I want to use the card for another customer?

Nothing: you can reprogram it yourself in 2 minutes, at no cost and as many times as you need. The cards are reusable.

Does it comply with Google policies?

Yes. TapFy makes it easy for your customer to leave a review, any review they wish. We never incentivize or ask for positive reviews: that goes against Google's policies and we don't do it.

Do I need technical knowledge to program them?

No. If you know how to use your phone, you know how to program a TapFy: you open the app, paste the business's review link, and tap the card. The guide explains it step-by-step with screenshots.

Do you ship?

Yes. We ship throughout Spain, Europe, and the rest of the world. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
